Returning an item
Items that are unused and still in their box may be sent back within 30 days of arrival. Panels that were cut or fitted are only accepted if faulty. The Refund Policy explains the steps.
Installation
Start with a clean, dry wall. Cut pieces with a sharp knife or fine saw and fix them with panel adhesive or mounting tape. Shelves, hooks and lamps need screws into the wall itself.
Care
Wipe off dust with a soft dry cloth; for marks, use a cloth that is only slightly damp and dry it right after. Do not use solvents or scouring products.
