Do I need a professional to fit the panels?
Usually not. The panels go onto a clean, flat indoor wall with panel adhesive or mounting tape, and no frame or battens are needed.
What is the best way to cut a panel?
To make it narrower, slice through the felt between two slats with a sharp knife. To make it shorter, use a fine-tooth saw and keep the panel supported.
Which walls work?
Smooth plasterboard, plaster and painted masonry inside the home. The surface should be dry, sound and free of peeling paint. The panels are not for outdoor or wet areas.

How do returns work?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery about unused, uncut items in their original packaging and we will send you the return instructions.
Will the colour look the same as on screen?
We take photos in daylight, but every screen shows colour a little differently and finishes can vary slightly between batches. The sample set is a good way to see the tones first.
Are there import charges outside the US?
Parcels crossing a border may be charged duties or taxes by the destination country. If they are not collected at checkout, the recipient pays them.
