- Who these terms are between
- These terms govern every order placed on huntslats.store and form the agreement between you and Hunt Slats.
- When an order becomes binding
- Your order is accepted once payment is authorised and we email a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong — and in that case you are refunded in full.
- What you pay
- The total shown at checkout, delivery included. Import duty or tax that is not collected at checkout is payable by you.
- Pictures and descriptions
- Images are illustrative. Tones can look different on your screen and may vary slightly between batches.
- Other policies that apply
- Our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies, as published on this site, are part of these terms.
- Your account and conduct
- Give accurate information, keep your password private and do not use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Our content
- Everything published on the site remains the property of Hunt Slats or of those who licensed it to us.
- Outside services
- Payments, delivery and some site tools are run by other companies under their own terms.
- Limits of liability
- Your statutory rights are not affected. Beyond them, and where the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- If part of these terms fails
- Any provision found unenforceable is set aside and the rest continues to apply.
- Updates
- We may revise these terms; the version shown on the day of your order is the one that applies.
